Group yoga sessions offer a unique opportunity to develop your practice alongside others who share your interest in wellness and mindfulness. At Zotete, we bring together people of various skill levels in a supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.
Our classes take place in a spacious studio located at 12 Lorong Chuan, designed to accommodate groups comfortably while maintaining personal space for each participant. The schedule includes morning and evening sessions throughout the week, making it convenient to fit yoga into your daily routine regardless of your work commitments.
Each session lasts 75 minutes and follows a structured format that includes warm-up exercises, main practice sequences, and relaxation techniques. Our instructors have completed 200-hour and 500-hour teacher training certifications and bring between 5 to 12 years of teaching experience. They provide clear verbal instructions and demonstrate modifications for different ability levels.
The group setting creates natural motivation as you observe others working through similar challenges. Many participants find that practicing with others helps them maintain consistency and discover new aspects of their practice. Classes are limited to 15 people to ensure adequate attention from the instructor.
We provide all necessary equipment including mats, blocks, and straps. The studio maintains a comfortable temperature year-round and features natural lighting during daytime classes. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, or simply establish a regular movement practice, our group sessions provide a practical framework for achieving these goals. Classes run Monday through Saturday, with multiple time slots available to suit different schedules.
