1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, attending, or participating in any group yoga classes offered by Zotete, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Class Registration and Booking

2.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in our group yoga classes, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Complete the registration form accurately and truthfully
• Provide valid contact information including email and phone number
• Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your participation

2.2 Booking Policy

Class bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our official booking system. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees and Pricing

All class fees, package prices, and membership rates are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Current pricing applies at the time of booking. Payment must be received in full before attending any class unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Student Cancellations

If you need to cancel your class booking, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled or credited to your account. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class fee.

4.2 Company Cancellations

Zotete reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available class.

4.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Package purchases and memberships may be subject to different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Medical Disclosure

You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or pregnancy that may affect your ability to safely participate in yoga classes. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in injury for which Zotete cannot be held responsible.

5.2 Assumption of Risk

Participation in yoga classes involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

5.3 Medical Advice

Our instructors are not medical professionals. The instruction provided is for educational and recreational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled classes
• Respect instructors and fellow participants
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and dress code
• Keep mobile devices on silent mode during classes
• Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
• Refrain from disruptive behavior or language

Violation of our code of conduct may result in removal from class without refund and potential termination of membership.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, class sequences, instructional methods, and proprietary techniques used in our classes are the intellectual property of Zotete and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of class content is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zotete, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our classes or use of our facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, accidents, loss of property, or any other damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zotete and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in classes, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

Zotete reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued participation in classes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
